Basement
All basements in Corbin’s Close are to be built and installed by Superior Walls. Superior Walls builds basement components in a controlled environment and are guaranteed not to leak for 15 years. There are many options available within the Superior Walls Design including Large Windows, 10 Foot Ceilings, Brick Ledge, Variable Design.
Exterior
No two homes in Corbin’s Close will be of the same design or color. Exterior walls are 2x6 constrcution with 16 inch on center. All exteriors are of natural material with choices that include; Fiber Cement Board, Brick, Stone, and Cedar. All exposed foundations will be covered with brick or stone. All Homes will conform to an Early American style. The lot sizes offer this community the wonderful advantage of allowing Side Entry Garages only. A side entry garage provides a more dynamic flow of home design and value enhancement.

Interior
No two homes in Corbin’s Close will be have the same interior design, floor plan, or special interior accoutrements within reason. Finished interiors can include solid hardwood floors, custom cabinetry,ceramic tile, deluxe custom paints and trim work.
